Five Alive

We're coming down to the wire now. Little over a month until the Zombie Run in question.
I....am not ready. At all. What so ever. The only thing I've managed to do is make it through Week Four of Couch 2 5K. Well, week four and some change. I think I actually did closer to two week fours, and each time I did it, it got more and more difficult. Very demoralizing.

This last time, in particular, was harder than hell in sandals.
I blame the return of all the students to my gym. They with their hard bodies, small chests, and lack of cellulite. Fie! A Pox on them, I say!

Against my better judgement I spent a good half hour this morning constructing my Week Five playlists. They are...something to behold. I'm hoping there's just enough humor to get me through, with just the right amount of oomph to keep me going.
