I have no words...
Jul. 20th, 2013 11:25 amSeriouly, guys.
Seriously.
This Comic Con.
Seriously.
I'm so happy I'm beside myself. I'm so happy I might not come home. I might just live like a hobo on the Streets of San Diego until this time next year.
...
Wait, do hobos have access to Wi-Fi? Because...I might need that.
So HI! I tried to keep up with updates online and pictures, but...there's just too much. There's too much to see and do and far too many people. Really the only things that seem to be finite around here is the battery on my cell phone, and the amount of time I can go without sleep.
Seriously, I was so tired last night that I apparently missed a fire works display that went on outside my hotel window. Though the way Patty tells it I got out of bed, watched them for a few minutes, and then went back to sleep. I have no memory of having done this.
I feel great now though! Woooo! 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep. That's more sleep than I've gotten in the previous three days combined.
Yesterday was the biggest Con day for me. It was the day of the Legend of Korra panel, the Agents of SHIELD panel, and then a Ninja Turtle signing. I was supposed to leave the Ballroom the SHIELD panel was in to go to a Turtle panel...but oh man I'm so glad I stayed.
As advertised they showed us the first full episode of Book Two, and then later in the SHIELD panel we saw the first full episode of that show. And then...as we were leaving the room a reporter from the New York Times stopped us because of the sheer number of Fan-Dork Glee inspired F-Bombs that we were dropping. Because, that's a thing that happens.
I love this con.
I love it like burning.
Seriously.
