8. I know the Event will be conducted on land not belonging to RSP and HGL, and that because RSP and HGL may not be familiar with any dangerous conditions
there, it has no duty to warn me.
Of course, that's this year's waiver. I don't know that I kept the one I signed.
So...regardless of how my remarks are taken, I think I'm going to go over to their wall and post about my experiences, and urge people under six feet to take the path around the river. Because it was not the four feet it was advertised as, and the water was contaminated.
