Ugh, if only my schedule would stay still long enough for all this stuff to become a force of habit. That...that'd be super sweet, is what that'd be.
You know what would also help? If the weather would be constant for the season. That'd be wicked nice.
As it stands my new "plan" is to hit the gym twice a week and focus mostly on stretching/yoga and upper body.
I figure my lower body will be fine with biking to/from work until it's too cold to do so. Then I'll work on going to the gym 3 times a week and do cardio and strength training there.
