The day in YAY and BOO

Got seven hours of sleep last night.
YAY

Even with my space heater on for a few hours before getting out of bed it was barely 65 degrees in my bedroom this morning.
BOO

My new coat arrived last night!
YAY

I'm pretty sure it's actually less flattering than my comforter-as-coat/makes-me-look-like-a-handgrenade coat.
BOO

New winter boots!
YAY

That have given me blisters so I can't wear them today on the coldest day of the year thus far.
BOO

I have newly cut and dyed hair.
YAY

My hands are pink because I had to do the dying myself, due to my forgetting to bring the dye to the salon.

Oh dear. Is that the Captain Jack Harkness coat?

(My coat looks pretty good, but one of the decorative buttons came off. I'm gonna take it to a tailor as I don't wanna deal with fabric this thick to sew it back on.)

I ended up getting the Bulgarian Military coat. It's dark grey with some red accents. It's warm, but I think it'll need some alteration. The buttons are kind of difficult to button and I think there should be a snap or something towards the bottom to keep the flaps closed

I will say that it's nice and heavy.

Yeah, mine's been a bit tough to button too, but it's getting easier each time I wear it. Hopefully it won't need to many changes when I take it to the tailor.
